Operational Standards
Our Commitment to International Standards
Maison Atelier is an independent design studio and digital e-commerce platform. While we do not hold direct corporate ISO certifications, our internal drafting methods, document architectures, and cloud infrastructures are strictly engineered to follow, align with, and self-certify against the international technical frameworks listed below. This ensure to provide our clients with the highest tier of professional precision, interoperability, and data security.
1. Architectural Drafting & Carpentry Framework
All design deliverables, CAD layers, and technical documentation sold on our platform are authored and structured in accordance with global engineering guidelines:
- ISO 128-1:2020 & ISO 128 – We follow these general principles of technical drawing presentation to ensure cross-border legibility for your contractors.
- ISO 129-1 – We apply these standardized presentation rules for technical dimensions and tolerances to eliminate on-site manufacturing errors.
- ISO 13567 – Our CAD layers are organized and named using this framework, ensuring immediate compatibility with industry software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- ISO 3055:2021 – We design our built-in cabinetry templates to align with these standardized coordinating sizes for kitchen equipment and integrated appliances.
- ISO 4157 – We use these construction drawing designation systems to establish clear, professional room and component identifiers.
- ISO 7200:2004 – Our drawing title blocks and headers utilize these standardized data fields for clean, professional document control.
2. Digital Document Formats & Asset Delivery
We ensure that the design articles, guides, and blueprints you purchase from Maison Atelier remain accessible, accurate, and visually flawless on any device:
- ISO 32000-2:2020 (PDF 2.0) – Our digital documents are generated using advanced PDF engineering to ensure rich, uncompromised vector and geometric rendering across all display hardware.
- ISO 19005 (PDF/A) – We format our downloadable blueprints to follow these long-term electronic preservation guidelines, aiming to keep your files readable decades from now.
- ISO 11442:2006 – We model our technical document updates and storage lifecycles after these strict technical product documentation practices.
3. Cloud Infrastructure & Security Frameworks
Your digital identity, uploaded workspace files, and transaction histories are handled by third-party cloud technologies built by world-leading providers operating on certified architectures:
- ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Framework) – Our platform authentication utilizes Google Single Sign-On (SSO), and our web application traffic is shielded by Cloudflare’s Enterprise Security network. Both systems are managed under these global risk mitigation frameworks.
- ISO/IEC 27018:2019 (Identity Privacy Framework) – User personal data processed during authentication relies on Google and Cloudflare environments built around these cloud privacy controls.
- ISO/IEC 27017:2015 (Cloud Storage Isolation) – Client-uploaded project files and design assets are isolated and encrypted within Cloudflare R2 object storage buckets, following specialized security guidelines for cloud environments.
- ISO/IEC 27701:2019 (Privacy Information Framework) – Digital agreement forms, user consents, and platform terms are logged inside a secure relational database (D1_SQL) built to respect international privacy frameworks.
4. Third-Party Payment Processing Security
- PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliance (Payment Security) – Maison Atelier never stores, sees, or handles your credit card details. All transaction pipelines are safely offloaded to Stripe and HitPay, processing your checkout through providers who hold the highest level of bank-grade encryption certification available worldwide.
5. Responsible Tech & AI Guidelines
- ISO/IEC 42001:2023 – When exploring algorithmic optimizations, generative components, or internal AI tools to streamline asset processing, Maison Atelier references these management system principles to ensure our operations remain transparent, trustworthy, and ethically executed.
