For the purpose of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings defined here:

• "MADC", "we", "us" — Maison Atelier Documentation Co. and its lawful representatives.
• "You", "the Buyer" — the individual or entity that accesses, purchases, or downloads any Product.

2.1 By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise accessing any Product, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If You do not agree, do not purchase or download the Product.

3.1 MADC Products are standardised design templates and reference documents. They are prepared to a high level of completeness to reduce design and drafting effort.

3.2 Products are not site-specific construction drawings, and are not stamped, endorsed, or signed off for construction by any Licensed Professional.

3.3 Products are intended to serve as a starting framework. The final stage — on-site verification and professional endorsement — remains the responsibility of the Buyer and the Buyer's Licensed Professional.

4.1 Before any construction, fabrication, or installation, the Drawings must be reviewed, verified against actual site conditions, and endorsed by a Licensed Professional engaged by the Buyer.

4.2 MADC does not act as the Buyer's architect, engineer, contractor, or site supervisor, and does not assume professional liability for built outcomes.

4.3 Any electrical, mechanical, plumbing (M&E), or structural content within a Product is indicative only and must be reviewed and certified by a qualified technician or engineer in accordance with the applicable local regulations and authority requirements before use.

5.1 Renderings are supplied for illustration and reference only. They depict design intent and are not a guarantee of final appearance, material, colour, or finish.

5.2 Renderings are not an acceptance standard. Whether a Product is correct is determined by reference to its Specification (measurements, codes, material references, standards) — not by visual similarity to any Rendering.

5.3 The Buyer expressly acknowledges that automated or AI-based image comparison between a Rendering and any physical outcome or other image shall not be used as a basis for assessing the correctness, acceptance, or rejection of a Product. Visual likeness is not a contractual acceptance criterion.

6.1 A Product is deemed delivered as described when its contents match the stated Specification.

6.2 Acceptance, where applicable, is assessed against the Specification — not against subjective impressions, third-party renderings, or AI-generated comparisons.

7.1 All Products, Drawings, and contents remain the intellectual property of MADC. Copyright is retained by MADC.

7.2 Purchase grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for the Buyer's own project(s). This is a licence to use only — not a transfer or assignment of ownership.

7.3 The Buyer shall not resell, redistribute, sub-license, publish, or share the Product, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of MADC.

7.4 Where any third-party functional data, standard, or specification is referenced within a Product, such reference is provided for clarity and accuracy. Reference to a source does not transfer that source's rights, nor does it constitute endorsement by that source.

8.1 Personal data is collected and handled in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and MADC's privacy practices.

8.2 Payments are processed by third-party payment providers operating under their own security standards (including PCI-DSS compliant processing). MADC does not store full card details.

8.3 Account access is secured through standard authentication methods. The Buyer is responsible for keeping account credentials confidential.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, MADC's total liability arising from or in connection with any Product shall not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for that Product.

9.2 MADC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, including but not limited to construction defects, cost overruns, delays, authority rejections, or losses arising from the Buyer's failure to obtain Licensed Professional verification as required under Clause 4.

9.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

All design concepts, architectural logic, and written documentation provided by Maison Atelier Documentation (MADC) are originally authored and strictly reviewed by human professionals. To enhance visual presentation, certain images and renderings within this document have been generated or modified using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, based strictly on human-created sketches and inputs.

11.1.1 EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), Article 50: Fulfilling transparency obligations regarding AI-generated and manipulated visual content.

11.1.2 U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act, Section 5: Ensuring clear and conspicuous disclosure of AI-assisted visual representations to prevent consumer deception.

11.1.3 ISO/IEC 42001:2023 (Artificial Intelligence Management System): Demonstrating adherence to international standards for AI transparency, accountability, and risk management.

By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree that the AI-generated visual renderings are for illustrative purposes only. The underlying design copyright, intellectual property, and human-authored logic remain solely with MADC.
